. The coins are minted using 1 troy ounce of .9995 Pure Platinum.

The
Obverse
of these platinum coins features a small field mouse climbing up a stalk of wheat and looking up towards the sky. To its left are the words “MOUSE 2020” and the Chinese symbol for mouse. The Perth Mint's mintmark is also imprinted on the left side of the coin.
The
Reverse
features a new design from the previous year’s Perth Mint items. It will feature a more recent depiction of Her Majesty, with a circle around her image. Outside the circle are the words “ELIZABETH II AUSTRALIA”, “1 OZ 9995 PT”, & “100 DOLLARS”. The reverse also has a micro-engraved security feature that is only detectable under a magnifying glass.
